Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Zaphyra. We are committed to delivering your fine jewelry safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) may be processed the following business day. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship across Europe and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Portugal (Mainland & Islands): 7-14 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €100 (within Europe)
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below €100 and are calculated at checkout based on destination
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include applicable VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Zaphyra. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at zaphyra.inbox@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zaphyra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at zaphyra.inbox@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the necessary changes before dispatch.
